Bright Harbour Advisory has advised the shareholders of The Fresh on its sale to Agilio Software. Financial terms of the transaction have not been disclosed.
Founded by Dr Prav Solanki in 2008, The Fresh is a leading digital marketing, CRM software and lead generation company focused on the UK private dentistry market. Alongside its full range of marketing and creative agency services, The Fresh’s proprietary CRM and lead management platform, LeadFlo, helps practices manage new and existing patient information.

Agilio Software, backed by TA Associates and Five Arrows, is a healthcare operations technology provider whose software products help frontline healthcare professionals automate and optimise critical operational functions across the primary care, dental and veterinary sectors. The acquisition of The Fresh unites Agilio’s healthcare technology with The Fresh’s marketing expertise and significantly broadens its offerings for dental practices and dental organisations.
