Bright Harbour has advised the shareholders of Malling Health on its merger with PHL Group, a portfolio company of Ethos Partners LLP. Financial terms of the transaction have not been disclosed.
Founded in 2014, Malling Health operates a network of primary and urgent care sites, including urgent treatment centres and GP practices, with a focus on locations in the West Midlands and East of England. The integration of Malling Health into the Integrated Care division of PHL Group will double the contracted revenue of the combined group and expand PHL’s primary and urgent care services across the UK.
